Words :: Day 12 [31 days to being a better mama]

11.  Tell your child, "I am so glad you're my son/daughter."


Geez.  Some of these are just TOO easy.

I mean... puh-leeze.  Have you seen this face?

Even pouting she takes my breath away.  

And this newly minted "ham" {a.k.a. POSER when the camera comes out}?  

But it's not just because of the photos.  I am so glad they are my daughter and son because: 

• For the first time in my life, there are people who wholly depend on me. 
• Because, hehe, J#4 just might prefer me to her daddy.  
• And J#3 gets excited when I come home from a run.  
• The joy in the every day of seeing them play together is just unbelievable. 
• And what the future holds?  Unfathomable.  

Thank you J#3 & J#4, for being my kids.  I am so glad you are mine {and your Daddy's, of course}.
