Well, I thought I'd give you a bit more detail on each item.
And first up, I am sort of knocking two off at one time. #1: eat veggies & #9: lose weight.
Because duh, obviously those two go hand in hand.
Well, they do. We all know that. But eating the veggies is a direct key to my losing weight.
Stick with me for a sec, okay? Trust me, this will all make more sense in a minute.
So, a friend of mine (who happened to just start her own blog) told me about this book, the Game On! diet. Written by one of the head producers/writers of Grey's Anatomy.
Trust me when I say this is most definitely the FIRST diet book I have ever read that is entertaining.
Tomorrow, I am going to run through the elements of the diet/lifestyle change. {Because, peeps, if I did it today...that would make for one VERY long blog post. And I don't want you to not read 'cause my post looks wayyyy too long.}
But one of the elements is to include a new "good habit", and you get points for doing so. Guess what mine is?
Yup, you guessed it. Veggies.
And, that my friends, is how I brought that all together.

Love it! Veggies are definitely hard for me to eat all the time.
